    • Directory organization
    • Web content updates and modifications
    • Assists in maintaining main & secondary MSE websites (back-end software).
    • Primary support of Apple products and software (ipad/osx/imac/laptops)
    • First tier support for OIT accounts, services & software.
    • Research and procurement of IT and AV related equipment
